Tua is the founder of Adenum AB/Avenum Oy and registered I/O psychology (MSc in Psychology) and psychotherapist. She has worked as an expert in consulting and business development, a line manager, and a sparring partner for management teams in the Nordic countries for over 25 years. She is specialised in therapy for leaders and experts to handle and solving challenging and demanding situations. The emphasis is on the personal experiences, but the context of work is also strongly taking into account.

Our services

We help organizations, teams and individuals to unlock the potential and to drive individual and business performance. The therapy is based on cognitive (CBT) and cognitive analytic (CAT) approach using various methods such as Commited Acceptance Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. Therapy is offered in Swedish, English and Finnish.

 
 

At the organization level:

 

  • Creating  leadership model and making it come alive in everyday business as well as in key HR processes. Organizational culture and leadership should support the realisation of the vision and strategy. The leadership model describes leadership behaviors to which we want team leaders, line managers and the management team to commit in order for the strategy to be realised.

  • In this context, the leadership model means a description at the behavioral level of how managers are expected to work in an organization, so that the strategy is carried out more effectively. The leadership model should be easy to understand, simple and measurable, and easy to deploy as part of the company's processes and line managers’ everyday work.

At Group level:

  • Management Audit: Audit of management and key personnel in business renewal and development. This gives a structured image of the company's key personnel to the board and/or management for successor planning and development. Typically, with auditing, decisions can be made about the target team’s roles and responsibilities, development, resourcing, and composition.

  • Development of management teams to support the company's strategy and culture.

  • Teamwork development: Networked teams are the core of future organizations. Teams must be able to recognize their own strengths from the beginning, as well as possible strengths and obstacles to efficiency and smooth cooperation.

At the individual level:

  • Individual Assessment for Recruitment and Development Need.  Do you need support for recruitment decisions? Do you want to get a more comprehensive view of line managers and experts? We help you with individual psychological assessments.

  • Individual Coaching and Executive Coaching. Coaching is a goal-oriented and forward-looking development process. It requires a coachee’s own motivation for growth and development based on self-knowledge and self-direction.
