With over 25 years of experience supporting leaders and experts across the Nordics, I know that sustainable change doesn’t happen on the surface. It requires a partner who understands both the logic of business and the depth of psychology. I am a Licensed Psychologist (MSc in Psychology) and Psychotherapist specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology.
My strength lies in my duality: I possess the clinical competence to handle psychological challenges (stress, trauma, personality dynamics), but I also have solid experience in the corporate world. I understand the language of the boardroom, yet I see the human behind the numbers.
I offer more than just tools for the moment. I offer a space for insight, understanding, and action. Whether it involves breaking destructive patterns, managing a crisis, or building a performance culture, I help you and your organization find your direction again.
